Returns
Please note that all sales are final, with exception to certain cases. Please agree to contact Avery and Skaii Paper Co within 15 business days of merchandise receipt as we are happy to help and want to make things right. Please provide photos of what you received along with details of the concern to averyskaiipaperco@gmail.com to discuss any concerns you may have.
Damaged Print
If your print is damaged in transit we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis. Creasing and bends can be flattened. Customers may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and we offer a reprint, we ask that you return the print to us, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints.
Not Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Policy
1. Overview
At Avery Skaii Paper Co, we prioritize the timely and secure delivery of all our products/services to our valued customers. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may lead to issues such as failed deliveries, losses, or theft during transit. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing such situations.
2. Address Verification
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is not found on your doorstep, please first ensure that you provided the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are unable to replace any print orders for free if the shipping address provided is incorrect. If you discover an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately to arrange forwarding to the correct address. However, we must ask that you cover the cost of postage for this service.
3. Contacting Shipping Service
If the shipping address is correct and you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping service directly. Unfortunately, there is limited action we can take on our end regarding failed deliveries or theft issues.
4. Reshipping Returned Packages
In the event that a package is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, we are happy to reship it to you. However, we kindly ask that you cover the additional postage costs for reshipping.
5. Policy Limitations
- We will not be able to reprint any order for free that has not been delivered, lost, or stolen.
- We are unable to take direct responsibility for issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses or actions beyond our control during transit.

Each set of cards is digitally printed and made in Alabama, USA.
Colors may vary slightly between your monitor and the printed product because every monitor varies in color presentation.
My company name is printed on the back of each card in small print.
I design, cut, and/or assemble this item, with pride, from my home-based business. All orders are a print per order basis.
